Bryn Shander - Fighting Barbarians Quest - no one can interact with first totem

The very first totem outside of the bryn shander main gate, for the quest Fighting Barbarians, is constantly on fire and gives a message saying that it cannot be interacted with at this time. No barbarians show up because the totem cannot be interacted with so the quest cannot be finished.

The second part of the problem is that because this quest cannot be finished, you cannot finish the "do 3 quests in bryn shander" quest either until the next quest opens up from the quest giver 13 hours or so later.

Please fix this.

Meanwhile, maybe switching instances would help - that's what works with the glitchy Yeti assignment.

That is what I always do if the yeti bait/barbarian totem/wild beast bait can't be interacted with.
