Bugged Mastercrafting task

Help!!!! No matter what I do I can't complete the quest Fizz Fizz Bang Bang. I have 36 of each of the potions but it still shoes 0/36 for all three potions. I can't continue any farther unless this bug is fixed for my charater. This is so frustrating due to the fact that it takes so much time to get to this point only to be held up due to a glitch.

    It's a bug for all the MW4 professions :(

    Issues with MW IV have been reported and we continue to look into them. I don't have any additional info at this time but we're aware of player concerns.

    so what did you fix in the last update that broke MWIV?
