Kutlass' Bloody Scale

So, i have no idea if this is the correct place to post it, but i will do so anyways:

Concerning the item named in the title, how have you guys experienced the drop rate? I have done atleast 12 Kutlass hunts already and have yet to recieve it, ignoring the fact that its trophy has yet to drop.

I got one in the first week, but I had bought the lure, as I had not unlocked the Hunts, nor the main quest line yet.

Took me roughly 9 summons for me to see it.

Have done 27 hunts, got 2 1 star drop, said "bye omu".

Be aware, that just the player who places the lure can get the scale, so 20 runs with a mate, who uses the lure = zero chance.

I have gotten 3 Kutlass on 3 toons in 7 tries overall. It was always on the first Kutlass hunt on each toon and I was the caller of the hunt, putting down the lure. It seams to me, if it is your first Kutlass hunt on that toon, you also need to put down the lure. This is my observation on my account at least.

Well HAMSTER I don't have a scale and have definitely already done the kutlass hunt. @nitocris83 it appears there may be a bug here where if you go with someone else on a kutlass hunt you then cannot get a scale. What is the intented behavior of this item? Is it an RNG drop or a 100% drop the first time and setting a flag so it won't drop again? If it's the latter then this item is bugged.
