customizeing bug

for a new toon on the boddy cant customize the breast size it need fixing if it dont work i wont start paying for the game

We need some more information. What is race is your toon?
Not all races can have maximum breast size as far as I encountered it. Like you can't give female elves huge breast. The slider will go back to its race depending maximum, 50% if I remember right.
If you want, you usually should be able to lower the size. Yes, lowering breast size counts as customizing too.

There's a known bug on the console versions that you can't change the breast size slider. We're working on it, but it's always been pretty low priority.

It's also known on PC but the answer that @miasmat gave applies to all platforms in terms of prioritization.

oh oh oh! I just saw that there was a checkin that says it fixed it on Feb 14. I'll see when we can get that live to all platforms.
