As mentioned during the recent maintenance stream, Cryptic has an official community email address!

We've put together an FAQ for best practices and use of this email address.
What's it for?
The email will be used to reach out to giveaway winners, spotlight guilds, streamers, and other community members to discuss community initiatives such as contests, provide winning codes, or sharing fan art/writing/videos.
What is not for?
This is not a support email. Game bugs or feedback, account issues, billing, or other matters traditionally maintained by Customer Support will not be accepted through this email. Emails containing this will not be responded to.
Can I still reach out via forums and social media?
Of course! You can still tweet or message the Neverwinter Twitter and Facebook accounts, engage during Twitch streams, and post on the forums. The email was created in order to streamline "community only" topics since they can often get lost in the overall game conversation, but if you enjoy sharing your art and videos on social media or we are unable to locate your email address for giveaway codes, we will use the channels already in existence.
How quickly will I receive a response?
This will depend on the topic and length of response required. For example, code winners will be contacted as soon as codes are available, spotlight participants should expect a 1 week turn around, etc.
Who will read my email?
All community managers at Cryptic have access to this email address. In order to identify that your email is for Neverwinter, we recommend adding the tag [NW] at the start of the subject.
