New player for help

English is not my native language. Please forgive some grammatical mistakes.
I am a new game player in the NeverWinter, the main character is the paladin(halazi), and maybe your random team. My account was banned in December 19th, and the reason is associated with multiple fraudulent accounts.I have not any illegal trading with the third party. I made a complaint by customerservice, but no any explanation. Any Enthusiastic player can tell me how to complain? No one can be treated unfairly.

As neverwinter lovers, we has spent thousands of dollars and hours in the China district. But now a level 20 unions are difficult to organize the team of 10 people. From the beginning of October last year, some have login in the USA district. All game player login from start. But in December, the account number of many Chinese players was banned under the pretext of fraudulent accounts. Some of them could buy AD from third part , but many people didn't do it. At least I was very sure that i was not involved in any illegal transactions.
Comply with the rules of both sides, but perfect world themselves and did not do it. The appeal for a month, you did not produce any evidence, but arrogant to ignore him. We just want to play this game. Originally planned to recharge the budget, now used to fight the evictions. Is this really beneficial to both parties the treatment method?
