Redeemed code and got nothing.

I won a code for Neverwinter Knight of the Feywild. I looked it up and logged in on my PC, and redeemed the code . When I went to the reward merchant on the PS4 it wasn't there and now the launcher doesn't work on the PC .

    I'm confused. You redeemed a code for the PC version and do not see it in the PS4 Rewards Agent? If this is what you're saying, then alas I'm afraid to tell you that each platform is its own server. PC does not transfer to or from console and XBOX and PS4 likewise do not transfer between them. If you did indeed redeem a code through the ARC Website, then that means you redeemed a PC Version code. PS4 codes will only be redeemable through the Playstation Store's Redeem Code Field.

    So the information I got was wrong I guess. My problem now is the launcher crashes after you click the play button. On the PC that is.
