So I have always found it annoying trying to find which artifact powers a class can have. It's not documented well on the wiki, and is only available by owning a level 70 artifact weapon. This is a list of all artifact powers for all classes, so that you don't have to wait till level 70 to finish your build plan. Note that some of these could be outdated or non-functional, since I am just reading the tooltips, so please correct any mistakes.
Note that some of these were pulled from potentially outdated sources instead of in-game. I will be checking them later.
Control Wizard
Main Hand
- Magic Missile: Increase damage done by all casts of Magic Missile by 2/4/6/8%.
- Chilling Cloud: Adds a 60% chance to apply a stack of chill to nearby targets on all casts of Chilling Cloud.
- Storm Pillar: Increase damage done by the area lightning caused by Storm Pillar by 20%.
- Ray of Frost: Adds an additional chill stack after 1 second and 4 seconds of continuous casting of Ray of Frost.
- Scorching Burst: Increases the initial damage done by Scorching Burst by 3/6/9/12%.
Off Hand
- Orb of Imposition: Orb of Imposition now increases your Control Bonus by an additional 5%.
- Arcane Presence: Arcane Presence now also gives you 2% Action Points when you damage enemies with Cold based spells.
- Chilling Presence: Chilling Presence now increases your Damage by an additional 0.5% per stack of Chill on your target.
- Evocation: Evocation now increases the damage of your Area of Effect powers by an additional 3%.
- Storm Fury: Storm Fury now also increases your Damage by 5% while below 30% health.
- Storm Spell: Storm Spell now has a 5% chance to deliver an additional strike.
- Eye of the Storm: Eye of the Storm now increases your Critical Severity by 5%.
- Combustive Action: Combustive Reaction now also Heals you for 1% of your Maximum Hit Points when an enemy dies while affected by your Smolder.
- Critical Conflagration: Critical Conflagration now also increases your Critical Chance by 5% for Arcane and Cold based spells.
- Swath of Destruction: Swath of Destruction now increases the damage of Smolder by an additional 10%.
- Arcane Power Field: The damage from Arcane Power Field is increased by 109%.
- Frost Wave: Frost Wave now incerases your Run Speed by 25% for 6 seconds after using a Daily power.
Devoted Cleric
Main Hand
- Lance of Faith: Increase damage done by all casts of Lance of Faith by 4%.
- Astral Seal: Increase healing done by Astral Seal by 16%.
- Sacred Flame: Increase the Temporary Hit Points granted by Sacred Flame by 40%.
- Brand of the Sun: Increase the damage done by Brand of the Sun by 6%.
- Blessing of Battle: Increase the damage done by Blessing of Battle by 6%.
Off Hand
- Healer's Lore: Healer's Lore now also increases your Power rating by 150.
- Divine Fortune: Divine Fortune now also increases your Deflection rating by 150.
- Sooth: Sooth now also improves your Threat Reduction from all sources by an additional 10%.
- Holy Fervor: Holy Fervor now also increases your Damage by 5% for 5 seconds after dealing a Critical Strike.
- Foresight: Foresight now also increases Deflection Chance by 3% for 5 seconds for you and those your Heal.
- Terrifying Insight: Terrifying Insight now also increases your Critical Severity by 5%.
- Prophetic Action: Prophetic Action now also increases your Control Resistance by 25%.
- Anointed Action: Anointed Action now also Heals you for 10% of your Maximum Hit Points when using a Daily Power.
- Anointed Armor: Anointed Armor now also increases your Defense rating by 150.
- Anointed Holy Symbol: Anointed Holy Symbol now also heals nearby allies when using Encounter powers while channeling Divinity.
- Hastening Light: Hastening Light will also gift all allies with 5% AP over 15 seconds.
- Light of Divinity: Light of Divinity now also restores a modicum of Divinity when it heals allies.
Great Weapon Fighter
Main Hand
- Sure Strike: Increase damage done by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th swing of Sure Strike by 2/4/6/8%.
- Wicked Strike: Decrease total damage resistance to the Great Weapon Fighter by -3%. Applied after each swing of Wicked Strike. Stacks up to 3 times. Duration: 4 seconds.
- Weapon Master's Strike: Increase damage done by all attacks of Weapon Master's Strike by 2/4/6/8%.
- Threatening Rush: Increase damage done by Threatening Rush by 2.4/4.8/7.2/9.6%.
- Reaping Strike: Decrease damage taken by 8%. Increase Determination from Damage taken by 4% for 5 seconds after a Reaping Strike.
Off Hand
- Bravery: Bravery now increases your Run Speed by an additional 3% and your Deflection Chance by an additional 2%.
- Destroyer: Destroyer now also increases your Run Speed by 2% for each stack of its effect.
- Steadfast Determination: The Determination granted by Steadfast Determination is increased by 3%.
- Weapon Master: Weapon Master now increases your Critical Chance an additional 1% for each stack of its effect.
- Steel Blitz: Steel Blitz now also gives you an additional 2.5% chance to instantly strike again. This is independent of the initial chance.
- Steel Defense: Steel Defense now also increases your Damage Resistance by 10% for 5 seconds after the initial effect ends.
- Steel Resolve: Steel Resolve now increases your Control Resistance by an additional 10%.
- Ferocious Reaction: The Healing done by Ferocious Reaction is increased by 5% of your Maximum Hit Points.
- Trample the Fallen: Trample the Fallen now increases Damage dealt to Controlled enemies by additional 2%.
- Enduring Warrior: The Healing done by Enduring Warrior is increased by 0.5% of your Maximum Hit Points.
- Warrior's Courage: Warrior's Courage now works as if it has a +1 rank, +3% Deflection Chance and +5% Damage Resistance when appropriate.
- Wrathful Determination: Wrathful Determination also increases your Run Speed up to 20% as your Determination fills up.
Guardian Fighter
Main Hand
- Iron tide: Increases stamina + 4.7% after tide of iron, also applies to shield slam
- Threatening Rush: Increases damage done by threatening rush +4.8%
- Cleave: Increase damage done by all swing of cleave +4%, also applies to aggravating strike
- Weapon Master's strike: Increase damage done by all attacks of Weapon Master's Strike +4%
- Crushing Surge: Incoming healing increased by 20% from third strike of crushing surge
Off Hand
- Shield Talent: Shield Talent now also increases your maximum Stamina by 15%.
- Guarded Assault: Guarded Assault now also lowers the Run Speed of the affected attacker by 5%.
- Enhanced Mark: Enhanced Mark now also reduces a Marked target's Damage Resistance by 5%.
- Combat Superiority: Combat Superiority now also generates Threat on affected targets.
- Steel Defense: Steel Defense now also increases your Damage Resistance by 10% for 5 seconds after the initial effect ends.
- Steel Grace: Steel Grace now increases your Control Resistance by an additional 10%.
- Steel Blitz: Steel Blitz now also gives you an additional 2.5% chance to instantly strike again. This is independent of the initial chance.
- Trample the Fallen: Trample the Fallen now increases Damage dealt to Controlled enemies by an additional 2%.
- Ferocious Reaction: The Healing done by Ferocious Reaction is increased by 5% of your Maximum Hit Points.
- Enduring Warrior: The Healing done by Enduring Warrior is increased by 0.5% of your Maximum Hit Points.
- Shield Warrior's Wrath: Shield Warrior's Wrath now also increase Damage done by Aggravated Strike and Shield Slam by 5%.
- Desperate Survival: Desperate Survival now also triggers a Heal Over Time when you have less than 25% Hit Points.
