Puerto Rico Hurricane Maria

Hi, I've been playing Neverwinter for years. I've always supported the game by buying ZEN. I am from Puerto Rico, on September 21st we were hit by a category 5 hurricane called Maria, the island lost power and communication services, just yesterday November 1st I just got power reestablished. I lost more than 40 VIP keys. I'm suggesting to the developers that people who have been affected by natural disaster should be compensated with the benefits of the VIP membership which I've have lost, in my case VIP daily keys. Just like I support the game, the devs should support me in this special occasion. Thank you.

Hello @vernando122 ! We are aware that the power outage situation is still high in Puerto Rico but, as players are able to gain connection, we recommend submitting a ticket to support. Taking action now when a number of players may not be able to access the game yet, or have other priorities (understandably) to attend to, may cause additional frustrations.

I'm sorry but I see no reason why any refunds should be given for any reason. Natural disasters happen. They suck. It's not the companies fault. And aren't there better things to be worried about than 40 free keys to get you fake things in a game.

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion but I fail to see why people seem to think they should get refunds for things that aren't a direct result of a company.

Is OP asking for a refund or just the ability to get the keys they missed out on? I only see the request for the keys.

I also don't read the OP as a demand so much as a request for mercy.

The "refund" in this case was the request for keys. Nowhere did I say a demand was made. He asked for compensation for something outside the influence of a company. Sure they can earn good will if they do it. I just don't think they need to is all.

Ok, I get your point you are trying to make, I just don't see it the same way. For me, I guess it just comes down to vernando122 asked a simple question and Cryptic will elect to do what they elect to do. I just don't see anything wrong in his asking.
