Content and Environment Chult
Heart of Darkness: The dragon turtle should now properly stay visible throughout the cutscene.
Repeatable Adventure Quests: Players should no longer be able to occasionally run out along the ocean without drowning.Edit: There are still some ways out there, apparently!
General
Refining Enchantment Shards: This quest now states the updated value of 10 shards, rather than four shards.
Spellplague Caverns (Master): The chest at the end now properly awards loot.
Storming the Castle: This quest should more consistently gain credit for completing the Stronghold Siege PvP queue.
Note: We were unable to reproduce this issue internally, so the fix is not fully testable. We're open to hearing if this continues to be an issue.
Events
The run of Gift of Tymora originally planned for November 22nd, 2017 has been replaced with Coins of Waukeen instead.
Combat and Powers Boons
Impenetrable Jungle: This boon's proc chance is now 33%, down from 100%.
Enchantments, Enhancements, and Runestones
Feytouched Enchantment no longer double-dips its damage when newly slotted.
Items and Economy Professions
Leatherworking: League's Assault Josan no longer gives League's Raid Josan in its Tier 3 result.
Mailsmithing: League's Assault Panah no longer awards the player absolutely nothing.
Mailsmithing: League's Elite Assault Khuffs no longer gives just standard League's Assault gear on a Tier 3 result.
General
Sandy's Assault Pants
Resolved an issue wherein Sandy's Assault pants caused the condition "stun" instead of the indicated condition "daze."
Identification Scrolls work properly again.
Resolved an issue wherein the debuff icon for the effect from Sandy's Assault pants displayed only a black box.
The triggered effect on the item "Sandy's Assault Pants" now has a 60 second cooldown and its duration has been reduced from 5 to 3 seconds.
Legendary Carpet of Flying has had a small typo fix in its flavor text.
Shattered Ancient and Lesser Shattered Ancient gear no longer incorrectly claim to give out 10x the Refinement value that they actually do, and no longer mention a bonus to Artifact Gear.
Wicked Enchantments, Rank 7 are now properly Rare quality, rather than Epic. Note that existing ones may retain their existing qualities.
User Interface Auction House
The item picker pane now properly allows the player to select different tabs of the inventory.
Calendar
The calendar should no longer be spectacularly incorrect about the current day of the week.Edit: Curses! Still broken in this build.
Guild
When a player joins the guild, the message now includes the player who invited them.
When a player is removed from the guild, the message now includes the player who removed them.
Scoreboard
The Random Queue scoreboard now properly shows the rewards on a single line, rather than overflowing vertically.
Social
Friend comments should now work again.
Refinement
Bulk Conversion: The "Finish" button should now more consistently speed up the refinement process and show the session total.
Vendors
Attempting to discard an item while at a vendor now displays an error message instead of hiding a popup behind the contact dialog.
Character Art and Animation General
Carpet of Flying should now be less wobbly over uneven terrain.
Garb of the Ascended no longer clips through male dragonborn characters' neck.
Strategist body slot gear for Guardian Fighters should no longer have doubled-up cloth pieces.
Performance and Stability General
A backend crash related to the Foundry has been addressed.
This should allow us to begin the republishing process and hopefully get the Foundry back up and running within the next week.
A backend server crash has been addressed.
A crash fix in the Race Reroll system has been reinstated.
A crash in the shadow processing system has been addressed.
An item-related crash has been addressed.
Promotional Items General
Black Death Scorpion: Accounts that had the "infinite reclaim, bind on pickup" version of this companion can once again properly claim it from the Reward Claims Agent.
Phase Spider: Accounts that had the "infinite reclaim, bind on pickup" version of this companion can once again properly claim it from the Reward Claims Agent.
Note: For the above two notes, a manual process needs to be run on the qualifying accounts. These should properly be claimable Friday morning.
Trove of Elemental Evil claim codes now can be redeemed on an account that has already claimed a Trove before.

@nitocris83 reminded me that I missed a patch note - Identification Scrolls now work properly again.
hey @terramak cant salvage relic armor only give option to covert to 1 rp.
PS. on another thought isn't it time to allow the hammer forge from black ice able to be used for other functions since we all don't farm black ice anymore maybe to dig for relics increasing quality chance

@terramak Those sandy pants are still broken bro and do not respect your new and improved cc resistance algorithm and not one dev has commented in months on the New pvp CC system
having player lockedup for 3 seconds times every players using (5 in domination) it means half the match you cant move when stunned or use powers yet again when dazed for extended periods how does that fit into the spirt of wanting players to move in pvp and not to be locked down and not cced yet creating more items that lockplayers down and are trolly and stun lock
what exacly is the difference between a daze and a stun cause they still seem to be stunning .. and why does this item not respect cc immunity / new pvp cc stack as far as duration goes maybe you can get the dev that actually worked on the pvp CC system to comment
mod12b was supposed to be the pvp mod remember? now another new broken item is introduced the jungle boon is also having the same effect no cooldown and locking players as well
if you are effected by the pants it should be global cooldown on the item in pvp of 60 seconds ..not per player the item essentially has cc piercing mechanics
Is there any chance we can somehow opt out of queues we don't want to be in like FBI or SP? It's a pain trying to get daily ad this way unless we just run leveling dungeons on alts forever. Thanks.

Furthermore, I would like the "Guild Activity" tab show a distinction as to whether someone was kicked, or they simply left. It looks sorta terrible to new players to the game/guild when your activity show a bunch of people leaving.
Even better would be a "removed for inactivity", this way we could clean our rosters and people wouldn't just see "so-and-so has left the guild".

Player handles will not show up in guild logs in this update, but that may be in a future build.
