How does one buy the Menzoberranzan Renegade pack before starting a character?
I have looked, but I don't seem to be able to find how to get to the store before starting.

You'll need to make a temporary character. Just make one and quickly do the starting area. Then after you've purchased it, you can delete the character and make a Menzoberranzan Renegade drow. Just don't name the temp character the name you'll want for the drow, as there is sometimes an issue with releasing the character name to remake when deleted.

I guess Iscrewed up. I should have deleted the character first.
Well just blew 200.00 as I went and add the item to the character I created instead of deleteing it first.
I wonder why Arc and Perfect World want to make this such a difficult process, other than a money thing.
It should be a whole lot more straigh forward than what it is.

I believe you will get a race reroll token to make your existing character into the specialty race
That's the way it worked for Dragonborn, iirc

The Hero of the North Pack doesn't contain a race reroll token. It was created before race reroll was a thing.
