    No, our patchnotes are usually hastily copy/pasted notes from PC, and if you're lucky, they'll contain some info relevant to Xbox/PS4, in this case the Seals discount bit...

    However it's probably present in the game-files, and might be a part of a Zen promotion around the holidays.

    Actually, I believe there's a chance for it to drop in dungeons. Very rare chance, of course, but I'm fairly certain it is on console. I'll try to see if I can get some sort of official confirmation tomorrow though.

    If it was on console all you would have to do is check the collections to see if its there.
