Liar's Charms Not Going Into Inventory

Go to Protector's Enclave.
Press A to pick up Liar's Charm from appropriate jack lanterns.
Message shows on screen "You have found a Liar's Charm".

Expected result: window pops up to take Liar's Charm, right-hand side of screen shows item going into inventory.

Actual result: Message pops up saying you found the charm but the window to take the item does not appear and the item does not show up on the right-hand side of screen, and item is not in your inventory.

I've been participating since the Masquerade of Liar's event started yesterday and there really isn't a consistent number as in, say... 1 out of 5 times. But it is happening often enough to notice.

Same thing happens every year. It will get worse by the time it ends. Best thing to do it to change instances and look for a better one.

zephyriah is right. This is buggy every year and, if i remember correctly, liars charms have to respawn. If you're getting nothing it's because someone very recently took it.

I like to think of it as the "trick" in trick or treating, but that's just me. I don't believe it's WAI.

I've noticed that Liar's Charms dropped from mobs sometimes don't add to my inventory. Anybody else encounter this?

I've done Defeat Me and changed instances and I might be able to pick up 1 or 2 before the problem starts again. And I was so close to getting this artifact for my rouge.

There are still over 24 hours left in the event. Plenty of time.

I get that. But it's cutting it close for my for what I need. Either way, I'll manage.

I don't have that problem, but I do have the problem where I can't use my masquerade charms to purchase items from the masquerade vendor. Anyone got any help for that?

A fix for this is being tested and the last chance vendor will be extended to allow players to get the items.
