[PC] Is anyone able to logon?

Been trying for a few hours now and cant. I enter my password and then the launcher hangs on "patch"

    Prepatch for Tuesday.

    The prepatch only opens up once you've logged in, patched the current game, loaded the client, and then exited the client.

    A few things to try: Make sure ARC is totally shut down via the Taskmanager, then try again (or reboot your computer). If that doesn't work, try shutting down all ARC tasks via Taskmanager and then locate the installation directory for Neverwinter and find "Neverwinter.exe" then run that manually without ARC running.

    I've been in and playing up until a few minutes ago, game crashed out, and server is unavailable now.

    Patch day blues come early around here.

    Nah, it just crashed. They working on it.
