I appreciate the suggestion, but there has got to be a better format for that.
My only request for VIP is to add a Rank 13, where it grants you access to the chat server through XMPP. The functionality that being a subscriber or lifetime member of STO/CO grants. Neverwinter needs its own way to allow players to access XMPP and VIP is the closest thing we have to a subscription. In my opinion, this would be the perfect way to enable such for us. Thanks for your consideration!
Now I realize that as a Dev you guys are probably thinking I'm crazy on the Astral Diamond Boost, but let me explain.
Recently, Mod 12b, you have made changes to the Refinement Points system to better the experience of your players. These changes were to make it so that players didn't have to sit on Refinement Point items waiting for a Double Refinement Point event and to help stabilize the economy in the game. And hopefully they will do just that, and they look like they should. I submit that players do the exact same thing when it comes to Astral Diamonds. We hold as much salvage as we can until a Double Diamond event, rare that they are. We go so far as to create extra guilds to use as storage for salvage. It severely slows down our character progression because our Astral Diamonds are sitting for months in storage. It damages the economy because at a Double Diamond event all of that stored AD gets dumped in the market. As it is VIP rank 7 players get 110% of the normal value of any items they do salvage in between those Double Diamond events, and 220% during this events. With this the best that they would ever get is 200%. As an added bonus to Cryptic to get to that point would be a total of a 15,300 Zen investment to get Double Diamonds. So with these changes in the VIP system I put forth that you would be able to do away with Double Diamond events completely.
As for the rest of the changes I just think these are good, and not to over powering, additions.
I want to apologize for the bad first version, I hit the wrong button when trying to preview it. One of the disadvantages of using a Kindle. I was attempting to fix it when it was taken down.
I also want to apologize for the "spam," there isn't a single feedback area for all platforms so I thought that I needed to post in each platform.
Once again my apologizes to the moderators for breaking the forum rules. I'll know better next time.
Double AD is used as a control on the amount of AD in the economy, I doubt if they'd be open to introducing a perma-double. The same goes for anything that removes major AD sinks from the game (e.g. more free coal wards).
If a new rank(s?) is introduced I would like to see: Summon Seal Vendor Receive a daily key that opens any chest and possibly; Reduced production time/cost for manufactured keys (I don't think that making two per day is unreasonable)

Seals vendors are in my post. And the coal ward is only a chance. As is another lockbox key and a legendary Dragon key.
As for the AD, this should create more stability but no way to know for sire. Plus they money influx for Zen to get to that point would be a boon.
Enchanted Chest - Chance at one of the following X amount of RAD, a Lockbox Key, a 5 Pres Ward Pack, a Coal Ward, a Legendary Dragon Key, a Strongbox Key, an Unbind Scroll, a Respec Tokan, or a Companion Upgrade Token.
I'm figuring the drop rate would be about 0.1% for Coal Ward, Legendary Dragon Keys, and Lockbox Keys.
The problem I see with a permanent 2x AD boost is that those with the ability to buy their way there would soon control the markets. They would be able to buy up the extra zen (causing a higher price), as well as buying up all the items on the auction house and reselling at higher prices.
Those without the ability to buy their way there would be forced to slog their way through the game. They would not be buy the new higher cost items and soon grow frustrated with the game and leave.
Don't get me wrong, I would love a lot of these suggestions buuuuuuut it was obviously written by a user and not the people running a business. Extra AD, more keys, bank slots, extra active companions, etc etc. Some of these things would have large implications on the game economy. I would love to see extra VIP levels added but I'm thinking maybe 4 more levels and gradually add to them. 36 seems excessive. Seal vendor would top my list of VIP additions. Beyond sick of transporting somewhere to spend my measly 1200 cap of seals.
I would actually like the seals cap to be raised at higher ranks of vip, with all but one exception giving out on type of endgame seal, they build up much faster. A lower ah selling fee would be nice too that 10% service free adds up when ur selling higher value items. Ty for reading btw
Would the More Banking be +16 slots per each character on an account or a single character on a account?
If you think about it, you are getting 600 zen worth of merchandise for spending 1000 zen (or up to 30,000 zen worth if you get one on each character). Quite a deal.

Per account. I edited the post to put where I think per account and per character should be.

Couldn't they do that now with getting any RAD and refining on multiple toons? I'm setting that at the moment with epic Leadership Heroes. Someone bought them all and reposted them at 60+k.

Now imagine all those toons getting a permanent 2x AD boost.
Also using this as a way to eliminate the need for 2x AD events would only help those who could afford to buy their way there. A 2x AD event gives everyone the availability to earn 2x AD, not just those who can afford to buy in to it.

With 2x AD events only happening once or twice a year do they really help those players?
Plus keep in mind that the full 100% is only at rank 36. The people who can only afford lower levels at first will get some percentage.
And I doubt that it will change much for those players because must of them are maxing out the 36k a day limit now. Which wouldn't change then.
If there was no exchange then I wouldn't have suggested it. But since there is, yes.
And how about this, cut the percentages in half. So start at +5% and go up to +50% at VIP 36? And then maybe keep 2x events, but do not let them stack. So on 2x AD events everyone gets +100%, but all the rest of the time VIPers will get 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50%, depending on their VIP rank. This way they are getting +50% RP and AD at rank 36.
Keep in mind what I put together is just a suggestion and a beginning opening to negotiations, I hope.
I think your post would've been better if you'd left out what we already have - anyone trying to cross reference your new suggestions against what we already have is going to get a bit confused.
Recommendations cover two subjects; utility and earnings. I don't think anyone would have an issue with a valid recommendation for any utility based suggestion - i.e. anything that doesn't cost AD but increases convenience - signposts are an example of this.
Earnings are a different matter as they have to be balanced against the game economy. Small decreases to costs or a small percentage increase to sources have already been added - e.g. 10% more from salvage and the removal of AH posting fees but anything that has a large impact would have a long term detrimental impact and we would see economic inflation as a result.
One of the recent developer statements on the upcoming changes was in relation to charging 50k for buying an alt campaign progression token. When asked why the AD charge, they said they wanted to create more AD sinks that remove AD from the economy completely as opposed to just transferring AD between players via sales.
You can see they've also moved more in this direction with the new enchantment refinement system. They have removed the need for a 2nd enchantment (player to player cost) but increased the amount of marks required - sink via the Bazaar.
Obviously they are looking at the ZAX on PC and how it sits almost permanently around the 500 mark. This is an indicator that there is way too much AD floating around and they are looking for ways to reduce this without hurting the players. This is also the reason why they almost never have 2xAD events on PC and we've seen a reduction in the frequency of them on XBox.
These are the kind of things that any suggestions you make have to navigate.

Omg sooooooooooo much movement stacking +15% then another 15% lol ummmmmmmm no Wayyyy overboard over the top overpowered just nuts *shakes head* that should balance out pvp nicely lol or speed pve dungeon runs ..further separating ,.the haves and the have nots ..
then combine that with the extra movement from the new rank 14 darks ..
there are already mount insignia bonuses for +15% movement anyways ... and they never released higher rank mount insignias then purple yet ..
maybe players should be able to fly too with the highest ranks of vip *sarcasm*
Yeah 30% movement, plus Gladiators Guile plus 5 x r14 Darks in utility slots = 55% movement speed. Add that to some classes having speed boosting powers such as the GWF Bravery class feature and players will be running at +160% which is kinda silly.
Not to mention food, mount insignias etc - players could easily top 200%. Imagine a GWF or SW with this, then they hit sprint...

Keep in mind the exchange rate on PC is artificial due to bots. Console had a more normal economy and as the overall account of AD in the economy goes down the demand goes up. Simple supply and demand economics. That is why the exchange rate has been going up on Xbox. The problem is the economy fluctuates badly as different events come along. My suggestion would help stabilize the economy with less violent fluctuations during events.
Granted the 2x AD all the time may be to much and thus the 150%, max, or 200% would create a more stable economy and a cash boon for the company.
As for the speed, that was more of a filter idea and so the percentage could easily be adjusted.
