Abandoned a quest that I would like to get back

Any way of doing that? I have a new below level 20 char and, at first, didn't think I would want to play PVP would like to try the PVP campaign but lowest rung keeps telling me to complete the requirements which I believe was a quest I ignored from Sgt Knox. I've already given this char some decent stuff that is bound. Hopefully, there's a way to get the starter PVP quest back?

Assuming you did not complete the quest, you can go back to the quest giver and grad it (regardless if the ! is there or not). You just need to figure out what quest it was or who gave the quest. Probably either Knox or a guy in the Trade of Blades.

I don't think you need to do any quest to access PvP, though the game does inform you that PvP exists as part of the level-up process. All that does is send you to the Trade of Blades to interact with some NPCs. You don't even need to queue at that point.
