Please Give Us An Option to Disable the Shadowclad Enchantment Sound Effect

I don't know who thought this sound effect sounded cool, but it is actually very annoying. I sold one after making it because it is so annoying. And I definitely don't want to hear it when other people equipped with it are close by or in my party. If other people like it and want to hear it, fine. I would just like an option to disable this sound effect permanently.

In regards to the OP, this is a bug. It just needs fixed to not happen when not in combat.
