    A dev said in the preview thread for this build that they have found the cause internally and are testing it. May be in the next build to go live but no guarantees.

    Yea, getting FF and BtS fixed is pretty important. Current this issue makes some of the high-end content (like the Avatar of Orcus in ToNG) noticeably harder than it should be, which makes people more reluctant to run the content with lower-geared players or "non-standard" party setup.

    Losing 20% of the party damage is rather significant.
    Hoping for improvements...
