20% Services discount missing from most items

So from this post:

It says "All items in the Service Category will be 20% off while Character slots will be 80% off!"

On XBOX, only some items within the service category are showing the 20% discount. These mainly appear to be specific to character.

Key services I was looking to see a discount on were Bank spaces but none of these show any discount.

@nitocris83 Why is the discount not present across all items in the Service Category as per the post above?

This is a bug and will be fixed at some point today.
