Made a Zen purchase on 8/26/17 and the transaction went thru but the Zen never showed up in game. Tried to contact Arc support and the page either showed up blank or said page couldn't be reached. At a loss what to do. Been a player for quite a while but will not be spending anymore on it until I get this resolved.

Looks ok, maybe it was something temporary.
And I don't remember, but maybe your ZEN is in the exchange, and you need to withdraw ?
