help: river district campaign

im stucked at "investigate nostura's past". anyone know what im supposed to do to complete it?
i just unlocked the "investigate nostura" task in the campaign window but i cant complete weeklies and access the lair since i have yet to see a portal stone.

please help

    solved: there is a quest to take from the druid in PE.
    @zebular can you close it please?
