Testing Strongholds on Preview

Since the release of temporary structures, it has become very difficult to test stronghold construction tasks on preview. It would be nice if another NPC were added near the coffer (or anywhere really) that could instantly complete all stronghold construction tasks when spoken to (it's fine if these destroys temporary structures).
It would also be nice if the player limit for creating a guild were removed on the preview server, since it can sometimes be difficult to get 4 friends willing to test stuff with you.
This request has come about due to a supposed bug involving the stronghold Crit Severity boon not working. I cannot test it to confirm right now, since it takes so long for construction tasks to complete even on preview.
