Elemental Alliance items for paladin show a non-functional set bonus

The Elemental Alliance "set" for paladins shows a bonus for 2 and 4 pieces, iirc the old bonus from the Draconic set. The only pieces this shows up on are the bracers of either stat allocation though, so it's not actually possible to equip them at the same time to see if the 2-piece bonus works.
It doesn't work with other Elemental Alliance items for the OP, as I heard about this from a player who was confused by what looked like a broken ibonus. It also doesn't appear on other classes I checked, though I did not check all classes.
