The build guides thread looks like it hasn't been updated since 2013. Can someone point me to the latest build guides for Control Wizard and Cleric for PVE?

I just recreated the threads in December of 2016. Not sure where you're seeing 2013 at. I add Guides as players submit them to be indexed. The Guides Index is stickied in the general Guides Forum. Each Class Forum has its own Guide Thread stickied up top their respective forum as well. Here is the CW's Guide Thread and here is the DC's Guide Thread. Alas, there aren't that many to be found in the threads yet, as it is dependant on players actually submitting their guides to be listed.
