Summer Festival, Maiden's Flower

So I found this "Maiden's Flower" in my inventory. It say's that it should be placed in the hands of a Stone Maiden. Where in blazes or the Summer Festival do I find the Stone Maiden?

Nope, it's from Plague Tower. @fearsomefour did you not finish Plague Tower? Maybe you left it to go to the Summer Festival?

(I was thinking about Selune's Tears, which behave in a weird way when used as a Foundry prop.)
