Dummy Targets

Is there a spot where you can perform target practice (number crunching) without the Campfire buff?
SH dummies, and (I think) the dummies in Trade of Blades are both in a location that gives the Campfire buff.

I'd really like to base my enchantment decisions on my base numbers, rather than inflated numbers do to +1 to all stats.

Try the Dread Ring. As long as you do not touch yhe campfire you shouldn't get a buff.

Where in dread ring? Thought I looked there, but perhaps not.

Behind Knox there are target dummies. You'll occasionally get some zombies up that far but they don't last long from the NPCs and players, depending on instance population.

what content do you run that you wouldn't have a campfire buff at all times?

I've often found myself not running with it, due primarily to not thinking about it when running from place to place... but the most common is when running HE's, and I don't think to run to a campfire between them unless I know where one is and its not out of the way... Besides knowing whats on and not on the buff bar sucks when you cant see the whole list.

Yeah, have to admit when farming HEs in EE zones for elemental resources I often realise, just as I'm about to leave, that there's no fire tooltip and probably hasn't been for a good half hour.
