Premade 70 After Update

The tooltip still says "ready to start adventuring at item level 1600." Pre-update, this would allow access to Shores, Kessell etc.
Now, however, the roughly 4800 il you get with this purchase is a far cry from the new 7500 requirement.
Glitch or oversight, are there any plans to address this situation?
Thanks in advance for any info.

Try putting as much gear on the cheapest active companion you can summon. Should boost a bunch.

I get what you mean now. Well sucks but hey p2w win life. Spend more money, open lockboxes, get relic gear and rank 7s with trade bars lol.

I can understand if you have other characters that you've made of the same class and just wanted a different build. But the new players who think it's hard to level to 20 and buy it, then purchase epics of ad store, instead of learning annoy me. Especially when they think they are powerful and destroy a dungeons enjoyment. Don't pug a epic. You'll get a newly made dc or tank who know nothing.

I tanked cn earlier with a group on my tankadin and she's only 8900 and I did it well after the newly brought dc left. They had no idea what AA was.

You can't buy the premade 70 until after you hit 70 on another character... at least that was my understanding. That way they have at least suffer through Elemental Evil once.

Is that 4800 IL prior to equipping the mount, selecting and equipping the artifact, etc?

That pack once everything is selected and equipped should be able to enter T1 dungeons.

If not, than the pack itself has to be revisited and include items to get it into T1 dungeons.

The devs should fix this such as give the player 5 mounts with most having 2 insignia, companion, companion gear, R7 Bonding for companion, etc...

I can answer that. 3 epic Artifacts. As you know, easy. Artifact belt and neck, blue. Upgrade weapons to blue. Now if you add packs like SW booster. You get blue companion. Get 5 and you got 5 blue. That combination can get you past t1 dungeons.

Additionally, you really only needed a level 60 character, even though it said 70. No you didn't have to complete EE. Tried and tested on a different account I made.

Take into account that it gives a epic mount choice pack. It gives the EE weapons. Free stone of health. 2 free runic bags and a booster bag. Why should they get free bindings and epic companions too. It's value is more than the cost.

Yep, they fixed it. It now reads "to start adventuring at 4700 item level".

My only point is. It wasn't made to allow you to start t1 dungeons. It had adventuring. Even though a purchased level 70. Most players who buy mounts off zen store can claim on all characters. That's solved. They still get the free companion quest. Sorry but I wouldn't buy one and not have a full dusk or drow gear equipped or emcjants ready anyway. Basic common sense. You know how quickly players get kicked from dungeons got low dps. Even vt for goodness sake. I can tank her on my dc.

I do agree. It's easy getting the arrifacts and equipment. Just run on the mains to get what you need. Open lock boxes. Sell "dunno what to do with items" on exchange. No rought lvl 70 additional I've brought has ever ran a dungeon with start out junk. Even just green arrifacts. All get to epic first. Why would you want a lvl 70 new toon just to start running t1 dungeons and not surviving. The group has to carry you or they end up kicking you. Unless you have an understanding alliance. But personally I would not.

A new player who hit 70 and has worked to get what they need and needs help with dungeons and explaining how certain ones work. I Would carry.

The tooltip text will be updated in the next major build release to reflect 4700.

    I appreciate the reply.

My concerns about the requirement vs reward are, in my opinion, still valid.

At this point, I feel the 7500 to get into t1 is higher than necessary or practical. 5500-6000 would be more fitting for such dungeons.

Not just for premade, but also people leveling up the normal way.

    Thoughts?

I disagree. The requirements were too low before. A pug that Just met the requirements, did not do well. This should improve that experience for them.

The change meant to increase the entry level requirements for dungeons. That was an intended feature of the change. They wanted the requirements raised by, I think about 20%. A fresh level 70 should be working on boons first, then getting better equipped for dungeons. I think this was a change for the better, making it more difficult (not impossible) or exspensive to just buy ilvl without learning. It was mentioned in the blog or preview discussions, that players who just used equipment and enchants to get ilvl would find themselves no longer being able to enter dungeons that they could previously.

As for the exact ilvl needed, I suspect the number will be fine tuned as they get more info. Some will likely be lowered and some may be raised. For now, it's too soon to make adjustments.

I haven't paid attention to the cut off

But if you do need the gear that you get in the dungeon to get into the dungeon, I would agree with you that something needs to be revisited.

Solve 2 problems in one. Decrease the il requirement for a dungeon. But increase what's needed to gain entry . A certain set of boons. Let's use an example. We all know that master of the hunt, you need to do a tiny bit in sharander. It's a 60 area and can be done fast. Why not make it so you must atleast complete half of sharander before being able to do do moth.

You have to complete most of skt to get into nsva. Same with
    Rd.
