I have noticed a trend between the forums and your twitter account. You have very little interaction with your players outside of PC, patch notes and news updates. You make people even question posting any feedback at all because we all wonder if you even read what we post. Your constructed criticism of peoples ideas on your forums are essential for a good working, healthy gaming community. I know this mean sometimes you have to read some crazy idea (like this one) and tell us all how its just not possible or not going to work. You know what people don't mind so much being told that what they think or even would like to see can't work or happen. What really makes people loose faith in there developers is to feel ignored or worse being snapped at like we did something wrong for asking. I have played many MMO's over the years. WoW,GW,STO,EaB,DAoC and many more F2P mmo's. All of them have had developers who read the forums and even gave feedback and sometimes just said plain and simply said its not gonna happen but at least they communicated. You guys really need to step up your game when it comes to this as I feel like you have lost a lot of players from a great game to games that are not even close to being better yet they have developers and a community that communicated.

Hi @sharpie83! The forums do attract a higher volume of PC players so my response rate will appear as higher there. I still read all platform forums and actively seek out where more console players tend to gather (Reddit, social media) so I get the full scope of their feedback. We are working on ways to track developer forum activity so it will be easier for players to follow my, and the Devs, comments and posts since it can be easy to miss. Also know that a lot of information shared by mods, especially when responding to specific questions or inquiries beyond the game scope, is done after consulting with me.

I wish I had the time to respond to every single post, or even a majority, but Community tasks and duties involve a lot of behind the scenes work that take up a portion of my time. But all that work is done with the eventual goal of benefitting the community, it's just part of long-term projects or processes.
