So my guild was pulled from an alliance when the sword guild left and yanked us with them then booted us entirely. The problem came when we the alliance tried to re-invite us to the guild. We kept getting the error of "This guild is not accepting Alliance invitations" and it took forever to figure out why. When a guild is no longer in an alliance, they can't change alliance settings. We had to invite a dummy guild to access those settings to turn off the auto-decline option. Is there any way to fix this?!? It took an hour, four guild leaders, and a little dumb luck to figure out how to fix the problem so we could get back into the alliance!

@terramak The problem is that this setting is only visible to guilds in an alliance, as it is classified as an alliance setting. If you are not in an alliance, tabs related to alliances only give some information about how to join one.
I do not see how this is a useful setting for guilds already in an alliance, as invitations to any other alliance already generate an error indicating this action is not permitted (the invited guild is already in an alliance). So, turning off invites when you're in an alliance does absolutely nothing, but people check it anyway because they don't realize it's not preventing them from getting spammed with unwanted invites.
If this setting is intended to be able to block invitations for guilds that do not wish to be in an alliance at all, it should likely be located on the information tab of the guild UI (where options such as hiding the guild from searches are located). Then even if invites are disabled without it being necessary, nobody gets into a situation where they cannot be invited and cannot figure out what's wrong. They just uncheck the box again.
