I will post below number of bugs I've encountered recently - some are quite old but it seems no one reported it so far.
Cannot invite alt to guild if guild capacity is at max
If guild account limit is reached (150/150) system doesn't allow to invite alt(second character) even if your characters are already in guild. Many guilds are aware of this and are using workaround of keeping at max 149/150 people in guild.
Channel counters can reach negative count

Maurader event vote counter can reach -1
Usually while it counts down it goes like: 5..4..3..2..1..0..-1.
Error message while inspecting temporary structure sign
I got this message sometimes when I interact with sign next to temporary structure:
"Status -1, maybe GroupProject_DebugGuildProjectInit hasn't been run from another map?"
First message on freshly created party chat dissapears
It happens to me and my friend. If I invite him to party, write something I got message looking like: "cannot find teamdragonid12135". Ever ynext message in chat works fine. I can take a screenshot if needed.
Windows of the same class doesn't clear its content on closing
If I open some window (for example on proffesion task end with task rewards), close it and open another - it will briefly display content of the previous window
Happened to me also:
This usually happens while I have big stacks (999) of items and I'm selling it in seperate stacks (of 100). More than half tries are failed. Did not happen if I post 1 or 2 items.

While using public queue I have 50% chance that it will move to dungeon without displaying accept/leave window:

It's just small amount I've noted yesterday. Not sure how Cryptic company handles bug section on forum but I'm tagging administrator from another bug topic:
