more than 17 characters in account

first time post in this section, I tried to put a character into preview, but found the pulldown menu on the arc page is cut off at character 17. Is this an error with the page, or am I missing something, I tried using my mouse scrollwheel etc, but couldnt get below char 17. Any advice welcome !
