Rare profession tasks change?

I've started to do tier 1 quests for masterwork mailsmithing after patch, and there is either anomaly with mailsmithing or rare tasks for all professions.

When I try to create blue gemmed soldier's shirt and pants, I could only start only one instance of rare task. But previously it was possible to start three rare tasks of one kind.

Have someone else noticed this problem? and what is the scope of this problem? Is it limited to mailsmithing or affects all professions?

Whatever is going on, it did not affect Leadership as I started multiple rare tasks x3 yesterday.

Does Leadership have masterwork tasks? I'm not there yet, so no idea....

It's probably a bug, but for some professions, those rare tasks can only done one at a time, not three at once like most other. Mailsmithing is one, Iirc, at least one more profession has a bug like that.

Thank Tymora for the Mythic Hammer of Gond when doing those btw...

Addition: it looks like only some tasks in mailsmithing affected. I was able to start 3 blue scale armor tasks at the same time.

Yeah, it primarily affects a few professions, from memory I had problems with a few tasks in mailsmithing, tailoring and leatherworking. I took quite a lot of professions thru MC1 in the last couple of weeks, but it noticeably wasn't all professions.
