I too logged on after mod 11B dropped and discovered some of my bound commands no longer work. I was saddened as these were commands I use all the time. These are the missing commands I encountered, I would like to request for these commands to be reintroduced to the game:

This command summons a bar at the bottom of your screen that contains all of your unlocked powers. This makes switching powers slightly easier since you no longer have to open your sheet and scroll down to find the power you want to change to:
    GenAddWindow Hud_Traybox_Allpowers

This command is the undo for the above command, it desummons the powerbar:
    GenremoveWindow Hud_Traybox_Allpowers

This command is a shortcut to the part of the vip menu where you choose what you want to summon (mailbox, salvage anvil, bank portal, ect). This command makes it so you no longer have to open your inventory and click through a bunch of vip info pages just to access your vip benifits:
    genaddwindow vipaction_root

I've never keybound my VIP root, but I access it by clicking the VIP icon next to my character portrait, which is fairly minimal UI navigation. Requires going into mouse inspect mode, and my HUD is set up in a way that my character portrait is near the bottom of my screen, so it's minimal motion to place my cursor. Doesn't work as well without the HUD customization I use.
