Why can't I have a title for amassing a certain amount of gold and/or diamonds. Seems like that would make all my long hours, days, weeks, months, and years of playing this game all worthwhile.
To answer this question (as well as many of the other far-fetched stuff you've been floating out on the forums): because development costs money, and this is a free to play game that has to severely prioritize where they spend limited developer time.
There is already a long queue of existing titles / features that do not work right that the developers could be working on.
But
There is also a long queue of new content that the developers are working on, and the find time for little fixes if they can and only the ones they deem to be significantly impactful.
I'm getting a kick out of some of your posts, but I also think that many of them are floating ideas that will realistically never see the light of day. And that's probably fine

To be fair, I believe someone said that adding titles is one of the easiest things for them to do.

That would be consistent with the crazy number that are given out for weird razor promos and the like.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for adding more titles into the game. And also fixing the skrim / pvp ones that currently do not increment properly.
But I also think that there are other items that I would prioritize over that, even given that titles are not a huge time investment. Even "easiest" items take time when you have to deal with a complicated system.
Since many on this forum lichen guilds to Gangs, Cartels, and the Mob, I would like for guild leaders to be given the Godfather (Mother @beckylunatic ) or MOB Boss title.

Please list the far-fetched stuff I've floated in order of far-fetchedness. I'm very interested to hear your opinion on this matter.
The far-fetched-ness of the topics mainly stems from the monumental effort it would take to build in the current environment, or the severe imbalance it would cause in the game.
I also second Becky's comment that you should try BG / BG2. Or Pillars of Eternity. All of those will offer a much more "realistic" rpg experience that would not be practical / possible in an MMORPG environment.
But again, I'm getting giggles from your threads. Just not sure if you expect to be taken seriously.

I am always serious. I am actually appalled that you think rogues being able to pick locks is not reasonable. I'm about to throw something at my computer screen. You might try reading the 1st edition Dungeons & Dragons manual, sir.

I would say more, but I'm too upset right now.
Alrighty then. I certainly didn't want you to be upset.
But the reason rogues picking locks is far-fetch in my opinion is that it would cause severe imbalance in the game. Even if you made it such that a rogue has a chance to open a chest for everyone in party. All of a sudden everyone would be forced to run with rogues in party or miss out on potentially valuable rewards. Would not fly in a game that wants to allow flexible party composition.
I'm well versed in D&D manuals, but I'm also aware that every platform comes with limitations. MMORPG is not a good canvas for building realistic D&D mechanics/interactions. And I'm fine with that. There are other D&D branded games that are much better suited for these kinds of realistic interactions. Or pen and paper D&D, which is effectively entirely unconstrained.

Nevermind. I love running on HAMSTER Hamster wheels. *takes a sip of gin*

You got me, officer, I'm only sixteen. Please don't tell my parents I raided the liquor cabinet.

I'm also for a RICH hamster title as well whatever it may be. I just wish we didn't have a drop down list that wasn't a mile long when we wanted to the see the options available. Be Nice if they first showed the subcategories then had a right arrow that let you select between the 5-20 titles within.
That is what I'd really like to see.
safespacecadet please don't worry about your permanent record, you seem very lovely and nice... the amount of people that disagree with you really is not really a reflection on yourself, often it's more a reflection upon themselves or their own bias.
Still I don't see anyone disagreeing with you, and many more who want you to be rich someday!

Thanks. But I'm not really lovely and nice. And certainly not very lovely and nice. What I seem is just a charade. Pure subterfuge. I am actually a very cold-hearted and malignant Bloodthirsty Murder Hamster. But I want everyone to know that I have lots of money as well.
I currently have access to 2,866 gold pieces, 31 silver pieces, and 32 copper pieces. I didn't go sell all the treasures (like platinum and stuff) my Hamsters have in their bags, so it's not totally accurate.
Anyway, could probably buy Neverwinter if I wanted to. I hear Lord Neverember is short on funds at the moment. But nevermind, you can keep Neverwinter, I'm tired of that town. I'll go buy Baldur's Gate or Luskan instead and live like a king. I hope the gate doesn't hit me on the way out.

I had a good chuckle at many of those posts listed. Keep up the good work, sometimes this place needs a breath of fresh air

Plus a bonus topic which I especially liked because it's bonkers even in the title:https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1229816/stop-whining-about-dumb-stuff-and-demand-new-classes
And another bonus that is (as best as I can tell) you poking fun at the over-burdened inventory system. But without offering any concrete criticism / suggestion: https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1230411/can-i-fit-a-castle-in-one-of-my-bags
