Adding a seal vendor to the River District would be a kindness

I am not asking to have vendors for Elemental seals dotted hither and yon throughout the game, but there are currently only two (PE and Caer Konig), and neither is all that conveniently located. The one in Caer Konig is particularly inconvenient to make a quick run to since the intended fix to make characters spawn at the docks instead of the back gate never took (afaik). It used to be the quicker vendor to reach, since the one in PE isn't near the entrance.

You can gain Seal of the Elements at such a rapid pace from RD HEs that it would be a nice quality of life tweak to be able to spend them without leaving the zone. It is disruptive to have to leave and travel back.

Seriously, in your day to day life, do you want to go to the bank before work, go to work, go to the bank, back to work, back to the bank, go to the grocery store, go to the bank, go to a different store because you couldn't get everything you wanted the first time, go back to the bank, and then go home? If that sounds unpleasant and inconvenient, why do you design our game lives that way?

    That would also be handy and I'd like that, but adding at least one more permanent location would be good for everyone.

    I think you can sell stuff to the seal vendor, right?
    If yes, I would like to replace the profession vendor in VIP with a seal vendor (if adding is too much trouble).

    Not a replacement, imo. My stronghold resource producers use the profession vendor a lot as a profession vendor. Must keep the gem crates flowing.

    Seals don't swim in rivers usually.

    They should likely add Seal Vendor, Bank, and Mail terminal to all Social Zones like Mantol-Derth, Caer Konig like exists in PE. Some area's have a few like Caer Konig has Mail but not bank or Seal, while Mantal-Derth has Salvage but not Mail or Bank.

    Having a seal vendor in Caer & Mantol for elements & protector also be nice given that they are social zones.

    Our stronghold need seal vendor too.
