[PC] Customer Support broken

I can't Contact support because the log in page is broken.

When I'm logged in, as I am now, it logs me out and insists I have no account or my security code is incorrect.
I've submitted tickets, but have no way to follow up.
This system was working fine less than a couple weeks ago, when the game insisted on clogging my inventory with an undiscardable item.
I've tried to go there from several points, including Redeem a code page, in character link, ingame link, outgame link, direct link, logging in from facebook doesn't show up when trying to log in from https://support.arcgames.com/app/ask_login/iss/log
and http://www.arcgames.com/supportredirect/app/cF91c2VyaWQ9IzEjMTQxNDg2MzI5MTU3NjQmcF9wYXNzd2Q9JnBfZW1haWw9ZGVuYXJyQHlhaG9vLmNvbSZwX2ZpcnN0X25hbWU9JnBfbGFzdF9uYW1lPSZwX3RpdGxlPXZpeGF6YXJhaHYmcF9jY2ZfNDM9MTEwMDAmcF9jY2ZfNDQ9MCZwX2xpX3Bhc3N3ZD10ZXN0X3NlY3JldF9rZXk!
tells me HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

    ya this is bull HAMSTER I have been trying all day all HAMSTER routes no way do I get a satisfying answer to my problem ,,, I just want to submit a ticket and cannot.
