Stronghold Heroic Encounter respawn timer

The timer for HE's to respawn is borked and extremely unstable.
Sometimes it looks like they won't respawn at all.

I am getting the impression that the longer your SH instance is open, the wonkier the timer gets. Which is, of course, abysmal for farming Influence during the 2x event.

Agreed. We are back to having everyone log out of the SH, waiting a minute then relogging in.

I see the same issues. Spawns are really erratic now. It seems to be better if the HE are beaten. But if they expire things get out of whack fast.
