GF Shield Not Stopping EF Damage

It seems that the GF shield block is no longer stopping 80% of everfrost damage. The only thing blocking it is Everfrost Resistance.

A'Mie Stormshield@aimeesellers: [19:32] [Combat (Self)] Rimefire Golem deals 34818 (51203) Everfrost Damage to you with Everfrost.

That equates to a 32% damage reduction... which is what my ER resist was at the time. There should should have been another line in the log showing what my guard blocked.... and it isnt there.

This was in mSVA... and at no time when I took EF damage did my shield stop any of it.

I know this was a bug at one time... it was fixed back in this patch on preview:

It appears the bug is back. Please fix ASAP... in combination with DC changes, mSVA is nearly un-runnable.

I was on the same mSVA run and the other GF on the run was also reporting the same thing ...

Ran this again tonight on my CW... GF tank in the group was getting shredded by EF damage also.... shortly followed by party wiping. Yes, we know AA is gone, and we are using runes. That isnt the issue. Its the Guard power of the GF not blocking everfrost damage.

@nitocris83 ... can we get an acknowledgement on this please?

I was in 4 esva runs after AA change (all successful), where 2 different GF (about 3.4k) were tanking. They had not problem with theirs job. We had 2 DC. But I agree, this is not welcome change (bug?) after AA nerf.
