Influence not doubling from Major Influence Voucher

During the 2X Influence event, it's stated that ...Any time you would earn [Influence] for your Guild you will earn double the amount!

Here's the screenshot of it not working as stated during the event:

And I was just about to empty all of my AD into Influence vouchers hoping that they'd be 2X as well. Guess I misread the "Any Time" part.

    Influence Vouchers are not earning Influence, they are depositing influence from a set amount voucher. I don't believe it has ever doubled amount of influence from vouchers before.

    You gain Influence (resource) at a double rate from HEs and quests. You do not get double coffer credit, which is all a voucher is. Double gem events do not mean gem vouchers are worth more either.

    You do get 2x Guild Marks for them when that event is active.
