(pc) deleted item from a pop up

i was refining my demogorgon belt of might when my computer tabbed me out of neverwinter for a facebook gameroom pop up. when i tabbed back in neverwinter was acting weird the cursor was off of where it was suppoed to be and my belt was gone without a trace.

Submit a ticket saying you think your item was accidentally discarded. Providing date and time info as close as you can to when it happened should help.
