Chat lag only and disconnects

I've been having oddly specific connection issues as of this week.

- Lag in game chat, I write something and it appears 30 -60 seconds.
- Disconnects when changing characters.
- Disconnects when logging into the game.

Other than these three things, nothing else lags. Game is entirely functional when my chat is lagging.

I've been having the same issue as of late.

Chat is hosted on a different server to the game. You can see evidence of the same when you are SNR'ed for minutes at a time but can still chat with your friends to complain about it.

I am aware of this. Yet if it was my connection it should show in both places. Clearly it is not my connection.

No, I've been seeing the same weird delay between my entering a message and it showing up.

Login/switch character disconnects have been going on for months now. The chat server lag is only since last week or so.
