    Was there any context? They usually include that when announcing they are bringing the shard down.

    Nada. Here are the only admin messages around that time:


    Not everyone saw it. Non of my guildmates who were online saw it. There were others in Alliance chat who didn't see it.

    I dunno man. You might be hearing voices from the gods or something.

    (Sometimes they do run tests of the admin channel. Would make sense to have the test message be something generically positive.)

    I'm pretty sure it was a test of sorts. But if they were sending out some random love, it was well-received here, and appreciated.
