This has been reported multiple times.... for example in this thread http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/discussion/comment/12935713

So far this is the biggest issue people have found in M11, but there has been no response yet on when we can expect a fix, or even if they have been able to confirm it.
