After completing "Confront X" (in my case "Confront Gyrion", the weekly quest became available. My fellow guild members who also completed the Confront task yesterday report the same, so the weekly seems to be working as intended, I assume.
Make sure to have everything you need before entering a portal stone quest. If you enter it and decide to leave it before you start, the quest will be consumed and you cant re enter.

If you're stuck on Nostura, go back to Archdruid Morningdawn and find the quest she has where you go to the Lynching Tree with her.
nostura weekly give me 1 rare item and 1 aquamarine....neverwinter...
Well, strictly speaking, what the weekly primarily gives you is some Evidence of Evil and a big pile of Secrets of the Many-Starred. The Boss lair quest gives you 2-4 things:
You have a chance (my guess, 10%) of getting the Lair-specific companion (I got the Blue Fire Eye myself in one of my Gyrion runs). You have a chance (my guess, 30%) of getting one Evidence of Evil. You will get one blue item for salvaging (2000 rAD - 2200 with VIP) You will get one item "useful for refining" - yes, it can be just an aquamarine, but I have gotten a SMOP, so I'm not complaining too much.
The weekly gives less than the daily lol. And 30+ days of doing this same damn quest to unlock a dungeon. Great content Cryptic! Masterclass game design!

Well, the weekly gives less EoE than the daily yes, but it gives a lot more Secrets, and you really need those to unlock the boons. Also, while the daily quest may be the same, you can complete it in a number of different ways, which IMO is a big improvement over something like the SoMI quests where you were forced to do a specific set of 3 daily quests - no flexibility whatsoever. And yes, the daily quests in Mod 11 take a lot less time...easy to complete in 30 minutes or so.
Not perfect, but IMO an improvement.
Hoping for improvements...

The weekly was enabled after I did the Confront Cabal point in the campaign.
Thnx god add the portal stone in zen market....less grind.
Grind? Zen?
WHY?
Seriously....with each portal stone basically costing just 25 Reclaimed magic, why on earth would anyone want to buy them in the Zen store?
I am currently sitting on 34 stones, and starting to throw them away, because they take up too much inventory space as they only stack to 5....and I most certainly have not been grinding anything to get them.
Hoping for improvements...

I currently have 19 ornately carved boxes, so it is very easy to get them.
