How do I play as Metallic Dragonborn?

I can see a dragonborn pack $6,000 zen with the 20% off and also a dragonborn race token for $2,500 zen. There's no mention of "metallic" dragonborn though which is what I am interested in. I have been hearing about "sigils" but articles about that are at least a year old and those lockboxes have been long gone right?...So how exactly do I get to play as the "Metallic" dragonborn race??

The item to unlock the race drops out of a lockbox (a couple of the lockboxes, actually). Easiest lockbox to get for them is the Glorious Resurgence lockbox (cause the other box is harder to find). They are in the Legendary reward. However, it may be cheaper in the end to just buy the item off the AH if you can find it. It would be under the misc. tab.

What's worst... I believe their racial traits don't actually work..... so you are better off playing regular Dragonborn.

As far as I know, this was fixed quite some time ago. (Though it did take a lot of agitation to get it done.)

I have the metallic dragonborn race. For most of my builds the stats are slightly better than chromatic dragonborn, but hardly worth what it would cost to get dragonborn from the AH. They do look pretty cool...

Yeah ended up getting regular dragonborn. Looks amazing got a heavy/tall light skin coloured dragon named "Majestic" if you see me around say hi. I am only sitting around level 20 at the moment though.
