Make Moon Elves (Etc) Available All The Time

As I understand it, the Moon Elves are only available for purchase with the Knight of The Feywild Pack -- I'm guessing a bit here, because I can't find any valid links to purchase it outside the game, and the button on the character creation screen to arcgames dot com just brings up an 'oops!' screen. Sooo, I think it would be nice to have them available all the time. I don't always have the money available, and I may not always know when the packs are on sale. The other thing is, the UI button on Moonies, Db and Drow could be seen to be a bit misleading, as you sort of expect to be able to purchase that race by clicking the button.

I dunno guys, having the premium races on the screen all the time without the ability to purchase them seems illogical. I can understand it might be a hassle to update the code to add and remove them each time, or otherwise make it visibly obvious that they're not currently for sale, but as it is, it's unintuitive and ultimately annoying. The other thing is, I'm happy to throw my money at NW, I love the game, and with its model being based on micro transactions, this seems like a missed opportunity too.

I can't tell if your thread is asking to have these races made free or if you are having trouble buying the pack for some reason. Or maybe you just want to buy a race unlock by itself? That's not unreasonable, tbh.

"On sale" means discounted. The packs are always "for sale" (available to buy), but if you're having trouble finding a way to do so, then that should be addressed.

The Zen shop interface should have them under Packs.

(Not totally sure if PS4 has Feywild pack, but I think it finally was released for them too.)

Aaahhh! *smacks head* Yes, under 'Packs'. Man, I thought I'd checked everywhere, but I missed that. Thank you SO much for replying with this info! So, yeah, they definitely need to make a page that says 'Go to the Packs section of the Zen store in-game to buy the extra races'. Anyway, thanks again!

Yea I think what was confusing him and possible others is that previously you could purchase just the Race like Dragonborn, Moon Elves, and yes even the elusive mysterious alternative Drow Race...

Yet for some reason they've now made them exclusive to Pack's. I'll admit I'd welcome their return to in a smaller alternative pack so someone does not have to buy Knights of the Feywild for example with Unicorn despite there being a lot of value there. It be nice if you could acquire a Moon Elf, perhaps along with an additional character slot and perhaps a unique rare companion or something along those lines...

You say these words "now" and "return" but the fact is that only dragonborn have ever had a standalone option to buy without being part of a bundle.

Having additional options would be fine and dandy, but it's not like they were removed.
