I just like to know how to acquire this Item (where does it drop) for my companion, I dont want to purchase it No enough coin

It used to drop from level 6 companion dungeons on the Gateway web page. That has been shutdown so you either buy from the AH or go without.

The developers have stated they'll reintroduce something similar in the future. They also stated that the Loyal gear was over-powered, so expect an eventual replacement to be a bit toned down.

M11 is confirmed to have completely new companion equipment that looks like it will fulfill most people's needs just fine. From the new skirmish.
