Is the Moon Elf Race unlock a one time only use ?

The subject line pretty much sums up my question. Some time ago, I bought the Feywild Pack. I did this mainly to get the account wide unlock for the Sylph companion and Epic Unicorn mount but thought it would be nice to unlock the Moon Elf race to use with future characters, note use of plural. I did create a new character using the Moon Elf race earlier this year and did not give the unlock any further thought until I came to try and create the new off-the-shelf level 70 character I picked up in the 40% off Zen Sale. To my surprise, I was not able to select the Moon Elf race. It is now locked off as a Zen purchase again. So does the unlock in the Feywild Pack only work once or has a bug crept in that stops me from accessing the race I previously unlocked with my purchase of the Feywild Pack. I can't repurchase the Feywild Pack and there is no other way to unlock the Moon Elf race that I'm aware of. So for now I am stuck unless I opt for a different race. Has anyone else encountered this problem ?

I think it's an issue with your account. I'd open a ticket. As far as I know, it's an unlock that you should be able to use over and over. I bought the Dragonborn pack and I have several DB characters.

I will look into raising a ticket later today after maintenance is completed. But a friend of mine has the same problem, so it could be something other than just a glitch on my account which is why I asked to see if anyone else was having the same problem

It could be a system-wide issue but opening a ticket is the first step to getting their attention. I don't have the Moon Elf otherwise I'd check for ya.

There is no way this is meant to be one-time, but it might be bugged. I'll try to remember to check. I am a pack owner but haven't made any new characters using the race.

Ed: One of my guildies had two "families" of characters and one family was Moon Elves, plural.

Thanks for the info @beckylunatic. I will check again when I login later, just to be on the safe side, then send in a ticket to Customer Support.

Hm, so this time it's working again. The Zen symbol is still on the class tab but it let me select 'Moon Elf' and move onto the next screen without demanding that I go and buy something from the Zen store first. It would appear to have been a temporary glitch. So normal service has resumed >:)
