characters gone after yesterday crash

guys... where is my level 62 devoted cleric Elynienar?
I played last yesterday morning (london zone). The game was extremely lagging and I decided to log off for a while, than the authantication problem happen..
Now, my character is gone and I cannot found it anywhere in the search engine!
WTF is going on?!

And just for a quick update, I cannot even log in anymore. My player name "silencegoddess" doesn't seem to exist anymore.
Any help ASAP is appreciate.
