We are aware of players on CenturyLink experiencing connection issues. Some players have resolved this by power-cycling their router as this appears to be an issue with the ISP. We will provide any new information as it comes in.

centurylink is HAMSTER, that said I never know if the problems are local, isp, or cryptic based. I do know that the game client crashes multiple times a day. Frequent loss of connection to authentication servers while alting. Basically its miserable.

This is an issue that has to be on isp as each time around the same day I loose connection for no reason it seems. I have called and talked to several different people at their tech support and they always put the blame on others instead of themselves. Back when i was what they called Extended Reach i believed them but this is an issue that is still going on and hits no matter what game I am playing as it hits around noon everyday. I have to literally 'reset' my modem, which is unplug it for a few seconds and replug it to 'clear the errors' guess this is the demands of the only high speed internet that I can get where i live
